The Sudbury is a new 486-unit, 600,000 SF multi-family residential rental and condo tower with first class amenities. This is the first phase of the Bulfinch Crossing, a 2.9 million SF development including residences, offices, hotels, and shops in downtown Boston. SFIL provided interior and exterior lighting design services for the entire 45-story skyscraper.
