Sanofi, a global leader in pharmaceutical healthcare, opened its new flagship headquarters at M Station West in Morristown, NJ. The 260,000SF mixed-use facility offers a dynamic and sustainable workplace designed to support employee wellness and collaboration. The new headquarters also features a wide range of amenities including a 12,000SF resturant, the Morris Proper, located on the ground floor of M Station West. The bright and airy resturant includes a main dining room, semi-priviate space with views of the kitchen and an enclosed dining room for private events, chef demonstrations, wine dinners and special events. Other amenities of Sanoi include on-site healthcare clinic, coffee bars, multipurpose spaces, a visitor center, wellness/fitness areas, auditorium, outdoor terraces and a variety of flexible working, collaboration, and support environments. SFIL provided comprehensive lighting design and a controls system throughout the entire project, including circadian lighting in all open workspaces and the integration of multiple custom-designed fixtures developed in close collaboration with the Architect. Our lighting and controls approach ensures a cohesive, energy-efficient, and human-centric experience that aligns with Sanofi's commitment to employee wellness and sustainability.
SUSTAINABLE DESIGN
This project was designed with a goal of LEED Gold and WELL Certification. Our research and coordination with manufacturers across the U.S. and Canada allowed this project to meet the goal of sourcing the majority of lighting locally.
