We provided interior and exterior lighting design for this stunning summer residence, set on a historic 50-acre waterfront farm. The architectural lighting was thoughtfully integrated to enhance and articulate the home’s form, materials, and detailing. Concealed coves, grazers, step lights, and cabinet lighting were precisely coordinated within the millwork and architectural elements, allowing the light to feel seamless and intentional rather than applied. A layered lighting approach supports the home’s natural transition from day to evening, balancing warm, ambient illumination for living spaces with focused task lighting for work-from-home environments. Close collaboration with the landscape architect extended the lighting experience outdoors, creating a quietly magical atmosphere across the property during the evening hours.
