New England Conservatory of Music, Student Life and Performance Center

This new 130,000 SF Center creates a vibrant new setting for academic and community life at NEC. The center offers rehearsal rooms, a black box opera studio, the College’s two-story library, 250 student dorm rooms, a dining commons, and spaces for gathering. The two-block structure enlivens the urban streetscape with its sophisticated design, intended to foster collaboration, spark creativity and nurture the student community.
