Federal Office Building

Andover, MA

This award-winning GSA Design Excellence project served as a model for future US government office buildings and included the renovation of an existing 1960’s building. SFIL provided all interior and exterior lighting design celebrating the modernized workplace and highlighting the rhythm of the existing architecture.

SUSTAINABLE DESIGN

This building is LEED Gold certified and serves as a model workplace with NET ZERO sustainability for GSA excellence projects.
