Effective Ventures is a non-profit research-based organization, located in Cambridge, MA. EV strives to create a positive impact on the world and was in need of a new collaborative workspace for research, non-profit leaders and students. The renovation of three historic buildings merged into one contiguous space, serves as the new home for this organization. The 16,000SF renovation includes a mix of open and private offices, a conference room and additional social spaces, including a large café that is also used as an events space. Maximum flexibility with multiple layers of lighting along with tunable white, and circadian supportive lighting with boosted wavelength enhanced lighting in the open work areas and café while providing healthful and supportive human-centric lighting throughout the day.
