This 197,000 SF building serves the Department of Physics, Chemistry and Chemical Biology as well as the School of Applied and Engineering Physics. It fits into the surrounding historic campus and is connected to an existing structure by a large seven-story atrium that provides circulation and events space. The building also includes 80+ research and teaching labs, a 120-seat auditorium and meeting, dining and gathering spaces.
