Christa McAuliffe Library

Framingham, MA

Nestled in Framingham's suburban Nobscot neighborhood is a 17, 000 SF spectacular new public library that draws in visitors of all ages. The soaring up-lighted winged shaped roof which lifts over the main reading area is a tribute to the spirit of Christa McAuliffe, the teacher who was one of the seven crew members lost in the Space Shuttle Challenger disaster.
