A new addition to the Boston skyline, this 38-story tower rises above the TD Garden Arena and Amtrak / Commuter Rail Station. SFIL provided interior and exterior lighting design services for this award-winning 415,000 SF Residential Tower including core and shell, exterior, full interiors and roof amenities. A retail arcade and pedestrian walkway tie together two streets and provide access to the TD Garden Arena.
