95 Greene Street, Thor Equities | Forke & Goode

Jersey City, NJ

This 8-story, 340,000 SF building was renovated into a lab-ready property for healthcare, pharmaceutical, green tech and medical tenants. SFIL provided interior lighting design for two interior fit-outs. The first, Thor Equities', occupies 22,000 SF of space offering opportunity for the business to expand and grow in the NYC metro regional and beyond. SFIL provided lighting for workspaces, the elevator lobby and reception area, lounge, kitchen, and labs. The design and layouts were carefully chosen to meet budget requirements while maintaining appropriate light levels. Labs were designed with pendant fixtures aligning with the leading edge of benches, providing targeted recommended light levels. Forke & Goode's 13,000SF mixed-use space is 70% lab and 30% open office. This space serves as the pilot facility for the team to test cutting-edge technologies and processes used in the sustainable production of meat.  SFIL provided lighting for complex workspaces and labs including a bioreactor room, tissue culture room, autoclave, cleaning and isolator rooms.
