103 CityPoint, a 115,000 SF office and laboratory development was designed to accommodate office, lab, and cGMP spaces for single or multiple tenants. The building’s 4-story exterior features a complex lighting system, differentiating it from other buildings in the area and creating visual appeal from all directions, including views from I-95. After the sun goes down, the façade features 700-feet of color changing LEDs, creating a dynamic light show. RGBW lighting on nine separate systems, including the curtainwall, storefront, metal and translucent panels highlight unique aspects of the building and provide flexibility for various lighting scenes.
