SFIL is providing lighting design for the entire master plan that will convert a vacant industrial complex into a new 23-acre mixed use multi-family community. We are collaborating with four architectural firms and the Northland Development team to create a lighting design concept for all exterior buildings, streetscapes, signage, landscape and hardscape establishing a cohesive design within the larger public realm development. SFIL is also working with Stantec and CUBE 3 on lighting design for all the building interiors including over 800 rental units, office spaces and interior and exterior amenity spaces within the development.
