SFIL provided interior lighting design and lighting controls for this 100,000+ SF New England headquarters, creating a flexible workplace that supports innovation, collaboration, and future growth. The modern, streamlined design balances spaces for active collaboration, transitional use, and focused work, fostering connectivity throughout the workplace. A key lighting design objective was establishing visual continuity across a diverse range of collaborative environments, including an employee hub and café with an interconnected stair, coffee and pantry stations, conference and huddle rooms, and open office areas. Inspired by the organization's brand identity, the lighting incorporates angular forms and intersecting lines that reinforce circulation paths and define zones of activity, particularly within gathering spaces and primary circulation areas. Utilizing luminaires with diffused lenses and a consistent 3500K color temperature, the lighting provides comfortable, inviting illumination while maintaining a crisp, contemporary aesthetic. The result is a cohesive lighting solution that enhances the architectural design, promotes occupant well-being, and supports the organization's evolving workplace needs.
