This award-winning project includes two 14-story buildings totaling nearly 535,000 SF, creating a new urban residential development in the heart of Boston’s SOWA district. The ground level exterior features a park and monumental urban ceilings demarcating the development within the neighborhood. Three levels of private exterior amenities make for a sought- after hot- spot to live, work, and play.
