Renovation of this commercial lobby relied heavily on lighting design to create a welcoming point of arrival for corporate tenants, enhance rich new materials and feature walls, and highlight the large coffered barrel vault ceiling. Enhancing the illumination of the previously underwhelming space via decorative gestures and improvements to luminaire technology greatly improves its prominence and curbside appeal.
